Rough-In Drawings On CAD

                                                              Rough-In Coordination Drawings On CAD

Rough-Ins - Once there is a final kitchen design with a final specifications cut booklet along with the Utility schedule, we can begin the Rough-In Process. The Rough-In Process will be listed below.

  • On CAD drawings, we will show the utility pinpoint connection drawing. The drawings will include the utility fixtures that correlate through the spec booklet, to the schedule to the final plan. Everything will be on the same page when performing the rough-in process.

  • We will double-check your cut booklet to make sure the schedule and plan both correlate to its proper utility note/symbol.

  • The final set will consist of a Plumbing Utility Connections Plan, a Electrical Utility Connections Plan, and Special Conditions Plan (Will Show Wall Backing & Typical General Notes).

  • We will call out typical finished floor heights for each piece of equipment that needs Utilities.

  • We have our Typical Symbols Page that we use, but if you need us to make a new set of symbols, we are more than happy to work with you on your project's needs

  • For plumbing, we have symbols that will represent Floor Drains, Floor Sinks, Hot & Cold water connections.

  • For electrical, we have symbols that will represent Outlets, Junction Boxes, and Data connections.

  • For Special Conditions, we have proper text styles and annotations to fit your liking.

We are NOT a Food Service Design Consultant Firm, simply a service to assist the process. All Plans Must be Reviewed By The Client.
