 At RS Commercial Drafting, the philosophy is simple: deliver clear, buildable drawings that make everyone’s job easier from consultants and architects to fabricators and installers.

Founder Ryan Stack established RS Drafting in 2023 after gaining hands-on experience working within a commercial food service consulting firm. That foundation provided real-world insight into how projects move from concept to construction, and what it takes to produce drawings that are not only accurate but truly usable in the field.

As CEO, Ryan leads with a detail-driven and client-focused mindset.  He understands that drawings are more than visuals, they are instructions that directly impact cost, coordination, and execution. 

Every project is approached with the goal of reducing confusion, improving coordination, and delivering a product that clients can rely on.

Today, Ryan continues to grow RS Commercial Drafting with a long-term vision of  building a trusted partner for firms across the industry combining  technical skill, efficiency, and a deep understanding of how commercial  kitchens are actually built.

 My main focus is understanding and meeting each client’s needs. We want our clients to know that we are available when questions or problems arise and that they have a reliable partner throughout the process. Our goal is to make project planning and coordination as stress-free as possible.

Kevin has been a valuable part of the RS Drafting team for almost two years,  contributing to a wide range of commercial food service projects. With a strong foundation in drafting and a growing expertise in design, he plays a key role in producing accurate, high-quality drawings that support both fabrication and construction.

Currently advancing his education, Kevin has been accepted into a highly selective Master’s program at the Rochester Institute of Technology, a competitive opportunity reserved for a limited number of top students. His continued academic growth reflects his dedication to the craft and commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry.

At RS Commercial Drafting, Kevin is known for his attention to detail,  reliability, and willingness to take on new challenges. As he continues to grow both professionally and academically, he remains an important part of the team and the future of the company.

Closing in on a year with RS Drafting, Jack has become an important part of the company’s day-to-day operations. His skills extend across several of the services RS Drafting provides, including commercial kitchen rough-in drawings, shop drawings, and 3D Revit model coordination.

Since joining the team, Jack has picked up the foodservice industry quickly and continues to expand his knowledge with each project he works on. His architectural education began at SUNY Orange in Middletown, New York, where he studied for two years before continuing his education at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), where he pursued his degree in Architecture.

Jack continues to strengthen his experience across both 2D drafting and 3D coordination while supporting a variety of commercial foodservice projects. We are excited to have him as part of the RS Drafting team and look forward to seeing him continue to grow within the company and the architectural field. As he develops his professional experience, Jack plans to further his education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Architecture.

Tom has been part of RS Drafting for about half a year and has already made a strong impact on the company’s daily workload. He contributes across multiple sectors in our company's including rough-in drawings, shop drawings, and 3D Revit model coordination.

What sets Tom apart is the practical background he brings with him. Along with his architectural education, he has gained hands-on construction experience and has also spent time working within an established architectural firm. That combination has helped him understand both how drawings are developed and how they are ultimately used in the field.

Tom also attended SUNY Orange in Middletown, New York, where he continued building his foundation in architecture and drafting.

Since joining RS Drafting, Tom has adapted quickly to the commercial foodservice industry and continues to take on more responsibility as his experience grows. We are very happy to have him as part of the team and look forward to seeing the role he continues to play in the growth of RS Drafting.

Zech is currently pursuing his education in Mechanical Engineering at SUNY New Paltz after graduating from SUNY Orange with a degree in Mathematics and Applied Science. His background also includes participation in an engineering and architecture program during high school, which helped establish an early foundation in problem-solving, design, and technical thinking.

Motivated and detail-oriented, Zech brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the RS Commercial Drafting team. As he continues his education in mechanical engineering, he is also expanding his knowledge of Revit, technical drafting, and commercial foodservice coordination while supporting the development of accurate models and project documentation.

Allen has played an important role in shaping the direction and continued growth of RS Drafting. Since becoming involved with the company, he has helped develop stronger internal systems, improve the way we approach business decisions, and bring a more structured mindset to our overall operations.

His knowledge of business strategy and data analysis has helped RS Drafting look at the company from a different perspective. Allen has contributed to improving organization, planning, financial thinking, and the systems we use as the company continues to grow.

Allen earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from LSUS and also brings professional experience working in data analysis, giving him a strong background in both business and analytical decision-making.

We are extremely grateful to have Allen supporting RS Drafting. His insight has had a meaningful impact on the direction of the company, and we look forward to continuing to build stronger systems and strategies with his guidance as RS Drafting grows.

Tim has been involved with RS Drafting since the company’s earliest days, originally supporting the business as a volunteer and watching it grow from the ground up. Over the years, he has assisted with a variety of behind-the-scenes needs, including computer upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping solve day-to-day IT problems as they arose.

Tim earned his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland, where his studies included History and Computer Science. His technical background and long-standing familiarity with RS Drafting have given him a strong understanding of how the company operates and where it is headed.

Today, Tim’s role has expanded into business development. He continues to learn the different sectors and services RS Drafting provides while helping identify new opportunities, build 

relationships, and support the company’s continued growth.

Having been there since the beginning, Tim brings a unique perspective to the team, and we are excited to have him continue supporting RS Drafting as we work toward the next opportunity and the next client relationship.

 Kelly attended SUNY Delhi, where she completed four years of study and earned her degree in Architecture. Her architectural background gives her a strong understanding of design, presentation, and the built environment, helping her connect with the commercial foodservice industry and the work RS Commercial Drafting provides.

In addition to her role with RS Drafting, Kelly has professional management experience with Benjamin Moore, where she has developed strong skills in leadership, customer service, organization, and day-to-day operations. Creative and tech-savvy, she brings those strengths into her work with RS Drafting’s social media and marketing, helping strengthen the company’s brand and expand its digital presence.
